STEELMAX NON-LOAD BEARING PARTITION SYSTEM
STEELMAX Drywall Framing System (MAXSTUD® and MAXTRACK®) comprise a series of lightweight wall assemblies with zinc coated steel frame components. It is designed to produce easy to construct non load-bearing partitions, with patented design high-strength steel and additional stiffening enhancements for a drywall framing stud previously unimagined.
Application
STEELMAX Drywall Framing System are most commonly used in non-loadbearing, non-fire rated application, in institutional, domestic, high-rise construction, commercial, industrial and in renovation building. Also suitable for non-loadbearing fire rated wall construction. MAXSTUD
The range starts at 51mm to 150mm with track to suit in standard and deep leg heights. Gauges from 0.5mm to 0.75mm.
All studs are knurled to ease the drywall screw penetration. With service holes along the web to allow pipes /cables installed through framing. When assembly the stud, service holes should be adjacent aligned.
MAXTRACK
MAXSTUD
Top and bottom of wall frames to studs. Friction fit between stud and track allow the movement in the structure. Width range starts from 51mm to 150mm and gauges from 0.5mm to 0.75mm.
